In
the memorandum I st cited above, the
tentative seniority list of 84 (eighty four) Veterinary Filed Assistants
was circulated to all officials concerned calling for objections,
if any, to the
seniority proposed to be assigned to them.
2.
The objection received from one Veterinary Field Assistant was
examined in detail. On the basis of regularization on of services of twenty four
Livestock Assistant Grade-II, the
seniority assigned as per ranking given therein to them issued vide office
order 2nd cited has been taken into consideration.
3.As
such, after careful examination of objections received the final
seniority of Veterinary Field Assistants will be as indicated below:

In
the Memorandum cited above, the
tentative Seniority list of 58 (Fifty eight) Attendants appointed after
the last Attendant figuring in the final Seniority list notified in this
Department’s Memorandum No. 9520/86-AH/A3,
dated 2.02.1987 has been circulated inviting objection if any to
the Seniority proposed to be assigned.
2.
Only one objection has been received from one Attendant requesting
for the fixation of his Seniority as per the date of his appointment. After careful consideration,
the objection is rejected in view of the fact that the seniority is
determined only in the order of merit in which they are selected by the
Recruitment Committee and as per the roster for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled
Tribes maintained in the Department.

the Memorandum cited above, the
tentative Seniority list of 29 (Twenty nine) Attendants has been
circulated inviting objections, if any, to the seniority proposed to be

the Office Memorandum cited above, the
tentative Seniority list of 7 (Seven) Livestock Supervisors has been circulated inviting objections, if any, to the
seniority proposed to be assigned.
